Well, what do you guys think of the stories so far that Rose may
have had a grade altered in his high school transcripts and
somebody impersonated him for the SAT so he could enter Memphis?
If it's true, this is disappointing to me because I thought he
was a young man who was doing things the right way.

I will continue to root for him. Maybe the flaw isn't so much in
Rose as that it is in the college recruiting system. I don't
imagine that will be corrected any time soon. Maybe the kid
should have just been allowed to turn pro after high school
instead of spending a year in college.

There are worse things we ignored for the sake of watching great
talent...and not like he historically does not have a lot of company.
Only it was more often the school cheating than the kid..

Well he did have other good alternatives over cheating.
Go to a lesser school.
Go to Europe for a year and get paid like Brandon Jennings did. Turns
out that 1.3 mil for a year of BBall and 2 mil to wear 'Under Armour's'
brands and shoes, he made as much for his year's wait as if he had been
drafted 3rd here last year. And likely got as good or better prep for
the NBA.
